The Crow uses the Valley’s Standard Pilsner malt and Vienna Maize. The Vienna Maize is what gives the Crow its golden hue and brings a subtle biscuit-y sweetness. We enjoy the depth of flavor and versatility that corn brings to our beers. We also dry hop the Crow post fermentation and at a lower temperature with Crystal hops which have an earthy, woody spice and subtle floral notes.
